Conference Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is by 4:00 PM on check-in date. For extended stays that fall three days prior or after the dates in our room block, guests will not be able to book via the Internet. Guests will need to call the hotel directly (877-303-0104 or 718-246-7000) to make the reservation; the agent will be able to determine if rooms are available for their extended stay. Extended stays at the group rate are based on availability.

Newark is in New Jersey, but only 16 miles away. Taxi will cost approximately $65.*
