Go digital with note taking. There are many ways to do it; here are three recommendations:

WikiSpaces.com or Google Docs: A group of people can take notes and edit text collaboratively, all on one document.

TodaysMeet.com: A group of people can take notes, 140 characters at a time. The notes are arranged chronologically and can be downloaded for sharing and analysis.

Trello.com: One person creates different lists, then a group of people can add to each list. Drag and drop items from one list to another. A great way to get organized.
