Zhang Yinghui
Zhang Yinghui (Carraro) was born in Heilongjiang Province, China in 1964. Previously an editor, then a full-time mother, she turned into an internet columnist on natural, simple living and the organic sector in China. Her passion for clean, simple and good food ingredients and a better world has driven her to share her knowledge of natural, simple living and findings on organic industry based on field trips and her understanding of the sector. She organized the first organic farmers’ market in Beijing in May 2010. She and Kristin Lack, a staff at Daystar Academy Beijing, have started the organic and healthy school lunch at the school since August 2010. Several national newspapers reported her stories. She also freelances for German online organic magazine www.organic-market.info.
