Conference Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is by 4:00 PM on check-in date. For extended stays that fall three days prior or after the dates in our room block, guests will not be able to book via the Internet. Guests would need to call the hotel directly (877-513-6305 or 718-246-7000) to make the reservation; the agent will be able to determine if rooms are available for their extended stay. Extended stays at the group rate are based on availability.

The pre-conference sessions (including the NYC experiential learning session) start at 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 28. The official opening at 8:00 AM, Friday, June 29. The conference wraps Saturday, June 30, by 2:00 PM.
