Registration will only be accepted when accompanied by payment. Onsite registration will be available from May 19 at Asia Society Secretariat of The Renaissance Tianjin TEDA Hotel. Onsite registration fees may be paid by credit card, wire transfer, or cash (US$ or RMB).

Delegates affiliated with NGOs or academic institutions may contact [email protected] for special rates.

If you are a member of a collaborating or outreach organization delegation, please contact your organization for more specific registration details.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent to Asia Society by April 30, 2008 in order to receive a refund.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of registration payment, confirmation of registration will be sent. Payment must be received before May 21, 2008 to guarantee your place. Registrations are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Space is limited.

Visa Information
A visa is required of certain countries, including the United States, when entering China. Please contact Chinese authorities in your area to determine if you need a visa. Please allow time for processing if a visa is required.
