Editor at Large, Far Eastern Economic Review
Nayan Chanda, Editor-at-large of the Far Eastern Economic
Review, joined the magazine in 1974 as its Indochina correspondent.
He later served as the Diplomatic Correspondent and Washington Correspondent
and Editor of the Review. On a sabbatical leave, he was a Senior
Associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington
in 1989. He is the author of Brother Enemy: A War After the War
and co-author of a dozen books on East Asian politics and security.
