Raslan Loong

Loong Caesar is graduate of the London School of Economics and Cambridge
University. He is a founding partner of Raslan Loong Advocates and Solicitors, a leading
adviser in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate banking, securities
regulation, technology, investment funds and cross border work. The firm is adviser to a
large number of foreign financial institutions and corporations including Merrill Lynch,
Saloman Smith Barney, Credit Suisse First Boston, The Law Debenture Trust Company,
Air France. Raslan Loong also acts as solicitors to McKinsey, AIG, Tenaga National
Berhad, Khazanah National Berhad and the majority of Malaysian banks and financial
institutions.

A significant part of the firm's business relates to e-commerce and internet based
transactions. This active involvement with technology has given rise to representation of
a large variety of new start-up companies and funds investing in technology companies.
