Poyang: Tale of A Lake

The largest fresh water lake in China, Poyang has been drying due to the blockage of the upper stream Three Gorges Dam, changing local climate conditions and, more prominently, human-induced activities that have been particularly detrimental to the water body’s eco-system. This video tries to examine some of the issues that plague the lake.
