Donya Aziz Named as Top Legislator in Pakistan

Donya Aziz (A21 Young Leader, Seoul, 2006) was recently named as one of the top legislator’s in Pakistan’s National Assembly. She has authored the second most number of Private Members’ Bills, according to the Free and Fair Election Network (FAFEN).

Donya Aziz is currently serving her second term as a Member of Pakistan’s National Assembly. She is the President of the Young Parliamentarians Forum and serves on the Working Council of the Women’s Parliamentary Caucus. She is a member of the following Standing Committees in the National Assembly: Inter-provincial Coordination; Economic Affairs and Statistics; Privatization; Heritage and Integration; Technical and Professional Training; Rules and Privileges; and Petroleum and Natural Resources.
