Panel Discussion: New Photography/New Video from China: An Artists Roundtable

Wu Hung, University of Chicago and cocurator of Between Past and Future: New Photography and Video from China, talks with selected artists featured in the exhibition about their work and major themes of the exhibition. Invited artists include Danwen Xing, Wang Qingsong, Lin Tianmiao, Liu Zheng and Qiu Zhijie.

An exhibition documenting the enormous changes in China from the early part of the 20th century through today. Consisting of two separate exhibitions, the show will depict the contrasts as well as the continuities between life during the era immediately following the colllapse of the Qing Dynasty and life in China today.
